GIU Day 1

Good  morning!
Today I am sharing with you my Gratitude Journal.  It was a regular composition book that I decided to decorate.  I used some packing paper to cover the front and wrinkled it up to give a distressed look and added some acrylic paint for color.  I then stamped the Love banner and added Ranger Glossy Accents to it and then stamped and embossed the flower and birds from the Unity KOTM December 2016 (https://www.unitystampco.com/shop/always-been-you-kom-1216/ ).  I added some pearl accents to the flower and attached a fabric flower and washi tape to the left side.  I honestly wasn’t sure how it would all turn out but that is the fun with mixed media!

Please comment below and let me know what you think!  There will be 2 random winners picked from the comments on my blog for the week to win 25 stamps from Unity!  Come back tomorrow and see what fun project I will share!
Naomi
